7. AI Services and AI-Generated Content

You agree that prompts and inputs submitted to the Service may be processed by third-party AI providers in order to generate responses. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or output quality of third-party AI models.

11. Copyright Complaints (DMCA Policy)

We respect intellectual property rights and comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

If you believe that content accessible through the Service infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notice including:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work
  • Identification of the allegedly infringing material

We do not control and are not responsible for:

  • Availability or performance of third-party services
  • Changes to third-party APIs or pricing
  • Interruptions caused by third-party systems

Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

13. Service Availability

We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times or without interruption.

The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aevi Global LLC shall not be liable for any:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
  • Service interruption, delays, or data loss
  • Errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated outputs
  • Actions or omissions of third-party providers

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.

17. Governing Law and Changes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Wyoming, United States, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
